After 12 years of work, I launched the weather forecasting website FavoriteWeather.com in late 2025. It generates very local US forecasts. People like the easy-to-grasp format with the ability to see when their favorite weather will occur in the week ahead.  You instantly see the big picture and can get hour-by-hour details quickly, too. 

I updated FavoriteWeather.com in October, 2026 with these features: 

• Links added in Other Weather Sites for Apple weather, radar, precipitation, cloud cover, snow depth and AQI, along with a way to make a direct link to one of them (like radar) for easy access.

• Share a forecast graph. Share your settings with another device or friends.

• Backup (save) your settings.

• Weather Elements are automatically saved.
